Ever since we started doing the tasting menu 3 years ago, it’s been one of our favorite ways to express our most creative ideas. It’s a way for us to tell a story, a story of Mississippi history and our own lived Southern experience. Last year we paused on the tasting menu as we welcomed 12 visiting chefs from across the South into the restaurant, and we are excited to offer it once more.

This menu features 5 courses, and is $95 a person plus tax and a 20% gratuity for the exceptional service it takes to carry out this experience. We have optional and amazing wine pairings that you can also add on. This reservation is all prepaid, and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

The menu has the potential to change on a nightly basis.

Full table participation is required.

We will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee it for every menu. On this particular menu, we are unable to accommodate egg allergies.
